In this 15-hour professional development opportunity, participants will explore the
instructional shifts of the Common Core Learning Standards for Secondary Math, and
learn how to adjust their instruction towards the shifts. Resources and best instructional
practices appropriate to participants' individual grade level and subject will be explored,
and connections will be made between grade levels and subjects in Secondary math.
Please ask your district's permission to receive 15 hours inservice credit
prior to enrolling in this course.
